There are many boat classified sites, why should I list with MarinaWorld.net?
This is answered best in two parts. There are really two types of boating classified sites you can list with, either free or paying. The problem with the free classified sites is that they are not bringing in any revenue to advertise all their listings (in magazines, papers, top of search engines, other sites, etc.), therefore the chance of someone finding your listings is very slim, which is why some free sites have listings that are 5 years old! The second type of boating classifieds sites are paid sites. If the fee is right, not only can you afford the listings, but the company can also advertise in numerous areas to greater the odds of selling your listings. On any retail website, traffic is money! We at MarinaWorld.Net have set the price where not only can we advertise (both online and offline - unlike most others) anywhere by the funds generated, but we can also give back to organizations that affect all of us, at a fee that is more than 50% below the market! We give more for less!
What are the Fees for advertising on MarinaWorld.net ?
Can I advertise in more than one spot on MarinaWorld.net?
Yes you may advertise in as many places as you would like as long as it follows the advertising guidelines that MarinaWorld.Net has set.
Where does MarinaWorld.net advertise to help my listing(s)?
MarinaWorld.Net is putting half of all funds back into advertising both online and offline to generate the most amount of traffic possible. We also have numerous organizations that we work with (sponsors) that you can see on our main page.
I am a Marina and or Dealer, can I really advertise on MarinaWorld.net for FREE?
Yes for a limited time, Marinas and Dealers can have their website listed in our directories for free as long as you place a MarinaWorld.Net link and or banner on your site. Once you add our link and or banner, please fill out our form at the bottom of either the Marina or Dealer links.
What should I do if the buyer/seller seems fishy?
If you are getting ready to get into a binding contract with someone and you don't feel sure/safe, please contact one of MarinaWorld.Net Brokers, let them know of the situation, and we will walk you through a safe/secure way of closing the deal. You can access the Broker link by CLICKING HERE.
Can I stop my listing anytime?
Yes you remain in full control of your listing. You may edit or remove your listing at any time.
Do I need a website to advertise my boat(s)?
No you do not. In fact, if you do not have a website, or if you just want to direct all your curious buyers to one link, one of the MarinaWorld.Net listing bonuses is that we will give you a website free, similar to (www.MarinaWorld.Net/(username)).
I joined but am not receiving my monthly Newsletter?
Newsletters are sent out once a month. If you are able to login as a member and have not received any newsletters (after 30 days), please use the "contact us" link and let us know, we will check into it right away and get back to you with a solution.
What if I lost my password to login?
If you lost or forgot your password, CLICK HERE and type in your email address that you joined with, and your password will be sent to you. If you don’t remember the email address you joined with, you will need to create a new account.
What are the links/banners at the bottom of the front page?

What do I need to do to enter the FREE giveaways?
All you have to do is join our free monthly newsletter. If you are listing boat(s) and or advertising on our site, we already have your information (you have an account with us), therefore you do not need to rejoin. Basically if you are able to login as a member, you are entered into the giveaways! Becoming a member also gives you access to the Forums! Winners have to be 18 years of age or older!

How can I pay for my listing and when am I billed?
You may pay via a credit, debit, and check cards in which you account is calculated and charged once a month and have your listings added right away. If for whatever reason you are not able to use this method, please contact us for a possible alternative.
Forum Icons (Avatars)
The forum icons are called Avatars. Avatars are small images (maximum 150 x 150 pixels) that represent you, your name, or personality.
You can upload an avatar by saving a picture to your computer, then uploading it (by clicking on profile on the forums) and adding it.
